A student's involvement in school sport provides opportunities and experiences that are important to the development of a well-rounded student.
All of our student athletes are required to sign and hand in the Athletes Honour Code which states their committment to sportsmanship and excellence in athletics and academics.

Return to Sports - Spectators
We are excited to announce that Spectators will be allowed in all Abbotsford Public Middle School gyms as of Tuesday, Sept 28th.
Spectators will be asked to adhere to the following guidelines:
- All spectators must wear a non-medical mask at all times while indoors
- All spectators must complete a Daily Health Check before entering the building. Links to this health check will be posted at entrance doors to the school and the gym and can be completed with a phone.
- Spectators are asked to stay home if they exhibit COVID symptoms.
- Seating will be limited to 50% of gym capacity. Please follow all signage in the gym when finding a seat. Once gyms have reached this capacity limit, no further spectators will be allowed to enter
- Spectators will be asked to respect others’ personal space while inside. Please follow physical distancing guidelines.
- In order to help follow these capacity limits, we encourage our athletes to have only one family member watch a sports event in person.

ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਮਨਲਿਖਤ ਸੇਧਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
- ਸਾਰੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਜਿਮ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੋਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਗੈਰ-ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਮਾਸਕ ਪਹਿਨਣਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
- ਸਾਰੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਿਹਤ ਜਾਂਚ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਿਹਤ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੇ ਲਿੰਕ ਸਕੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਮ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੋਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
- ਜੇ ਉਹ ਕੋਵਿਡ ਦੇ ਲੱਛਣ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।
- ਬੈਠਣਾ ਜਿਮ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਦੇ 50% ਤੱਕ ਸੀਮਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੀਟ ਲੱਭਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਜਿਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਾਈਨੇਜ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰੋ। ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਜਿਮ ਇਸ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਸੀਮਾ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ
- ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਥਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਦੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰੋ।
- ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਸੀਮਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ, ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਐਥਲੀਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕੇਵਲ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਖੇਡ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੇਖਣ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
